I ordered a candle and bath bomb from here (along with a free bath bomb from a spin). I never received a confirmation email yet the money was taken out of my account via PayPal. I keep getting emails that the items are still in my cart as though the order never went through although I purchased them. I emailed them (through my outlook email) and have yet to get a response.
UPDATE: I never received contact from them but I did end up getting my order a week or two after posting this. The candle is amazing, super high quality. It’s fun to see the progress I’ve been making towards the ring in the middle. I’ve burned it for a few days in a row now and can only see the very top of ring package. This means this candle is going to last me quite awhile. I’ve only used one bath bomb so far and absolutely loved it. It was silky, smelled great, and the ring was gorgeous. I checked the value of the ring in the vault and it was only worth $25. I was surprised because the ring is so high quality and stunning I thought it would have been worth a lot more. I have bought $20 rings before from Walmart, online stores, etc. and they end up falling apart a few days later or fading over weeks. This ring is one of the sturdiest I have felt and is definitely high quality.

I love the rose candle. I have never had a candle that smells throughout the whole house like this candle does. I have ordered Tranquility and a couple other fragrances and they also smell great but i am so hooked on the rose i can't bring myself to order another fragrance. I think if you try it you'll see what i mean.

The Good: Great smelling stuff, turned the water fun colors and so far I have loved every ring I've gotten from the bath bombs, although they aren't real they're super sparkly and feel like they are good quality. They also have lots of sales and discounts possible, as well as a wide variety of bath bombs to choose from which I dig.

The Bad: As some of the other reviews mentioned they REALLY didn't package their stuff well. Merely shrink wrapped, I opened the box to find bath bomb dust everywhere. When I went to open my first bath bomb it also crumbled EVERYWHERE. They also didn't put labels on anything, which I didn't like.

The Ugly: Both of the bath bombs I've used thus far have stained my tub. The one I just used, Scandalous turned the entire thing pink and it took half an hour of scrubbing with a scouring pad to remove it.

All in all although I do LOVE the rings and the bath bombs themselves, they need to work on a few things in order to make it a great experience.
