"Refund took a little while, but it was fine"
I had to return one item, and support got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. The refund didn’t show up right away, right away, but it came through after a few days. Overall, it was okay and not a big issue...

"Pretty great deal for what you get"
I’ve ordered from Fragrant Jewels a handful of times now, and I have to say, it feels like a solid value. The candles smell good, they last longer than I expected, and the little ring surprise makes it kind of exciting without being over the top.
Not every scent has been a total favorite for me, but overall I’ve been happy with what I got for the price. Shipping was totally fine too, nothing dramatic. I’d definitely grab more, especially if there’s a sale.

"I had to reach out to Fragrant Jewels..."
I had to reach out to Fragrant Jewels about my order, and they did eventually get back to me, but I was feeling a bit impatient by then. The person who helped me was nice and did fix the issue, so I’ll give them that. I just wish the updates were clearer because I kept checking like, “Okay… any news yet?” It wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of slow and a little meh overall.

I liked these more than I expected. The bath bomb fizzed really nice and smelled good but the color faded fast. The candle burned evenly and made my room smell great. The ring was cute too. Not perfect but I’d still order again.

I know packaging isn’t everything, but it looked so cute that it made the whole thing feel a little more special. It was just really nicely put together, and I feel like that’s worth mentioning.

"Cute ring and I’m glad I didn’t pass on it"
I ordered a ring from Fragrant Jewels it turned out prettier than I expected. The design is really cute, and for the price, it feels like decent quality. I was a little worried I’d regret getting it or that it might turn my finger green, but so far it hasn’t at all. The stones are a bit smaller than I pictured, which was kind of a bummer, but they’re still really pretty. Overall, I’m happy with it and glad I didn’t miss out.

I ordered on feb 19th 2017 i have not received a confirmation email saying it's left warehouse. how long does this generally take? it's been 2 weeks thought i would have heard something by now.
